Bob Marietta has over 30 years of financial services experience, primarily in prime brokerage with UBS, Cantor Prime Services and TradeStation Prime Services. He is well positioned in the hedge fund space, specializing in helping start-up and emerging managers grow their business. Bob is a graduate of Fordham University and currently holds FINRA licenses 7, 24 and 63.

Gale Eisner, a current CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), brings deep alternative investment expertise to Cap Intro Solutions. Of her 30 years in the alternative investment industry she spent 14 years at Citi Alternative Investments where she sold hedge funds, private equity real estate and managed futures and fixed income alternatives. She also worked at Equinox Funds and Prudential Securities selling managed futures funds to institutional clients. Gale has an MBA from Fordham University and a BS from Drew University.

Tom Gallagher has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was a rates trader in NY for ten years prior to moving to Hong Kong to set up Citi’s Fixed Income Prime Brokerage for Asia/Pac. He then spent four years in sales and trading for Citi’s Securities Lending business in Asia. Tom has a BA from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, in English Literature.

Sophia Crucs joined the team in the winter of 2022, given her interest in financial markets, specifically alternative investments and hedge funds. She is a Finance major in the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, active in the Fordham Finance Society as editor of their weekly newsletter. She is also a member of the Smart Women Securities organization.
Senior Advisor
Dan Lancellotti brings to Cap Intro Solutions over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. For the last 13 years, Dan has been in the cap intro business, first as MD, global head of capital introductions at Citi until 2008 and then as co-founder of CapitalDynamo, a firm that develops and sells cap intro software to prime brokers and independent marketers. Cap Intro Solutions is a prime user of CapitalDynamo. He is a 1982 graduate of Brown University with a ScB degree in Applied Math/Economics.

Charlie Poznek is a seasoned veteran in the hedge fund space. He started working for a family office in 1989 and has since been the head of marketing for four different hedge funds and the U.S. head of cap intro for Merrill Lynch. Charlie has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Marketing from Villanova University.

For the past 23 years, Paul LaBossiere’s professional career has focused on alternative asset management. In addition to his recent experience with multi-manager funds at Wesport Resources his prior assignments included years with Gabelli & Partners and J.P. Morgan Investment Management. He worked with institutional investors in senior roles at Innovest Capital, a market neutral equity manager, as well as HSBC Asset Management where he was responsible for serving the very largest private equity investors. Paul graduated from the US Naval Academy serving as a Navy Pilot for 7 years and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
